These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Belkıs mobile application (the “App”) developed by Fatih Çolakel. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Belkıs is a wellness app offering pregnancy tracking, weekly development information, personal plans and an AI-powered chat companion (“Belkıs Ana”).

2. Medical disclaimer

Belkıs is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. All content in the App — including Belkıs Ana’s responses, report/ultrasound interpretations and development information — is for general information only. Always consult your doctor for any health decision. In an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. We accept no liability for consequences of medical decisions made in reliance on the App.

3. Account

Some features may require signing in with your Apple or Google account. You are responsible for the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

4. Subscriptions and payments

  • Belkıs Premium is offered as an auto-renewing weekly, monthly or yearly subscription. Current prices are shown on the purchase screen.
  • The yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial; if you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal fee is charged to your store account within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
  • Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Payments are processed by Apple/Google; refunds are subject to the respective store’s policies.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the App for unlawful purposes, in violation of others’ rights, or in ways that harm our systems (reverse engineering, unauthorised access, automated scraping, etc.).

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, brand and content are protected by intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and accept no liability for indirect damages. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
