This Privacy Policy explains how Fatih Çolakel (“we”), the developer of the Belkıs mobile application (the “App”), processes your personal data when you use the App. By using Belkıs you accept this policy.

Account information. When you link your account with Apple or Google, your email address and an authentication identifier are processed. Creating an account is optional; the App’s core features work without one.
Health and pregnancy data. Records you enter in the App such as pregnancy week, last period date, weight, blood pressure, water intake, sleep, symptoms and kick counts. If you have linked an account, this data is stored on secure servers (Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore) associated with your account; otherwise it stays on your device only.
User content. Chat messages you send to Belkıs Ana, and lab reports or ultrasound images you upload for analysis. This content is transmitted to our AI infrastructure solely to generate responses and provide the service; it is never used for advertising.
Purchase information. Subscription status and purchase history are processed through our subscription infrastructure, Adapty. Your payment details (card numbers etc.) never reach us; payments are handled entirely by the Apple App Store / Google Play.
Identifiers and technical data. User ID (Firebase UID, Adapty profile ID), device identifier, app version and OS information.
Usage and diagnostics data. In-app interaction statistics (Firebase Analytics) and crash logs (Firebase Crashlytics), used to improve the product and analysed without being linked to your identity.
We do not sell your data, do not share it with third parties for advertising, and do not track you across other apps or websites.
Your chat messages and uploaded images are relayed through our servers (Cloudflare Workers) to large-language-model providers in order to generate responses. This content is not used by the providers to train their models. Belkıs Ana’s responses are informational and are not a substitute for medical advice.
Your data is shared only with processors required to run the service:

These providers process your data under their own privacy policies and data-processing agreements with us. Unless legally required, your data is never shared with any other third party.
Under the GDPR and Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK), where applicable, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and to object. To exercise these rights, simply write to destek@belkis.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Belkıs is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Your data is encrypted in transit with TLS and protected server-side with authentication, access controls and App Check.
Material changes to this policy will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
