Deleting your account and data

You can permanently delete your account and all data linked to it at any time:

  1. Open the Belkıs app and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Under “Account”, tap “Delete account”.
  3. Once you confirm, your account and all your data on our servers are permanently deleted.
  4. If you no longer have access to the app, email the same request to destek@belkis.app; it is completed within 30 days.

Purchase records may continue to be kept by the store (Apple/Google) under legal retention obligations.
